Trepko is committed to offering fast, high-quality service to all of our customers. To facilitate this, we have established an expansive service organization across all of our manufacturing sites in Europe, Africa, and the Americas. We are always hiring and training service engineers to expand and improve upon our service offering and availability.

Acquisitions, Subsidiaries, and Service Agreements

Machines and equipment manufactured by Egli AG Process Technologies of Switzerland now lie under the Trepko service network. This includes servicing of all parts, spare parts and replacement consumables. All customers of Egli are encouraged to reach out to Trepko by the channels listed below for all service needs.

Similarly, equipment manufactured by Regal Packaging in the United Kingdom, Meco Pak in Sweden, Hugart in Poland, and Brasholanda in Brazil are now serviced by Trepko.   

Out-Of-Office-Hours Service Helpline

Our out-of-office-hours helpline covers weekends and bank holidays between the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm (CET). This service enables our customers to receive technical support from our experienced engineers.
