Machine options

Cup-stack feeding magazine

The Magazine has a capacity of up to 30 min.production time. Optionally the magazine can be supplied with an elevator allowing the loading height to be at an adjustable level.

Chemical sterilization of cups

The cup sterilization is performed by use of H2O2 in gas form, and residue is removed by use of sterile air.

Filling station

The machine allows for fitting two servo driven filling stations, enabling automatic change over between pre-fill, post-fill, multi-layer and two chamber products. The stations are easily adapted for different product viscosities through a user friendly HMI and recipe handling system.

Chemical sterilization of membrane-lids

The system handles membrane lids from PET as well as Aluminum. The sterilization is performed by use of H2O2 in gas form,and residue is removed by use of sterile air.

Heat Seal Station

The advanced functionality of the heat seal station allows it to seal membrane-lids within a extremely wide range of sealing parameters. The system furthermore enables automatic changeover between sealing-profiles of individual cup-formats.

Leakage test with disposal

The integrity of the seal is tested in a non-squeeze system that allows for testing of seals on cups of any height, thickness and hardness.The system automatically disposes of non-leak-proof cups.
