Specification

The 800 Series is a range of automatic machines for forming and wrapping food products into neatly shaped, foil-wrapped bricks. It is built first for edible fats, including butter, butter blended with vegetable oils, and margarine, with interchangeable infeed systems that adapt a single machine to many brick sizes and product consistencies. The same platform also wraps other formable products such as soft cheese, lard, and yeast.

Functionality

Integrated servo and control systems hold the forming and wrapping process to a consistent standard, producing tightly shaped bricks at high speed while keeping operating and maintenance costs low. Each machine can be linked with downstream wrap-around case packers and palletizing systems, so a single supplier delivers a complete line from loose product to finished pallet.
