Regional Sales Representative

Trepko Inc. (based in Tampa, Florida) is expanding its sales and service network across North America and is seeking to hire sales representatives. The representative will be part of our US-based sales force, which operates as a small but dynamic unit.

The job requires some travel, primarily in the US, Canada, and Mexico, with occasional travel to Europe. Additionally, the job will require preparing sales estimates and quotations. Thus, the candidate must work independently, master basic math skills, and write clearly.

We offer a flexible and highly interesting role in which the sales department has significant influence on product sales, future product development, and new solutions.

Candidates will be;

  • Prospecting industry-related customers.
  • Creating long-term relationships with decision makers
  • Negotiating pricing and closing the sale
  • Technical follow-up throughout the project implementation
  • Developing your own protected sales territory
  • Tracking daily activities and progress through daily reporting
  • Writing detailed quotations and contracts based on a pre-existing framework
  • Participating in trade shows

Candidates should;

  • Be self-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Have a positive attitude and high energy level
  • Be experienced in using Excel and Word
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Understand the importance of gaining the customer’s trust and maintaining it
  • Have a passport, a driver’s license, and US work permit
  • 30% of your time will be spent traveling
  • 70% of your time will be spent in the office

It is preferred to have:

  • Previous sales experience from B2B equipment-sales.
  • Previous experience/education from the food industry.
  • A business or technical education.
  • Experience with marketing.
