Trepko delivers a fully integrated, scalable solution-from butter reworking to brick wrapping, cartoning, and palletizing. The heart of Trepko’s butter reworking plant is the continuous butter reworker. It grinds the frozen blocks into chips, mechanically thaws the butter gently using kineti c energy, and kneads it back to a homogeneous and smooth butter consistency.
Designed to meet the needs of both small-scale producers and high-capacity operations, the Trepko Butter Reworking Line is engineered for efficiency, flexibility, and top-tier hygiene.
The same rework processing system will easily handle inputs of both -20C frozen and thawed butter. Additionally, even Trepko’s largest rework processing system, which is prepared for 10 tons per hour, is easily throttled down to only 500 kg per hour when needed. A customer starting with a low-capacity system can even upgrade the system as required by adding modules that are more than double the original capacity.
The plant includes precision monitoring and control of the product’s moisture and fat content, while a closed-loop system enables easy CIP of the entire line. If required, Trepko will even supply the CIP plant to service this and other equipment on the site.
Centralized butter storage with smart distribution allows for the feeding of multiple packing lines. Trepko’s modular additive injection system (for salt, culture, oil, and herbs) may be centralized or added to the individual product string, enabling the simultaneous processing of multiple butter recipes An advanced temperature adjustment system allows each string to supply a perfect product viscosity matching each filling line’s requirements.
