The Trepko butter plant will cater to your product from the intake of the cream throughout the butter processing and the packaging phase until the final product is stacked on the pallet for distribution. The heart of Trepko’s butter plant is the continuous butter maker, which delivers unmatched performance and consistency.
The highly dynamic design allows easy adjustment of the plant for capacities ranging from 500 kg to 10 tons of butter per hour. The plant includes precision monitoring and control of the product’s moisture and fat content. A closed-loop system with vacuum modules guarantees a product without air bubbles and enables easy CIP of the entire line. Centralized butter storage with smart distribution allows for the feeding of multiple packing lines. The modular additive injection system may be centralized or added to the individual product string, thereby enabling the processing of multiple butter recipes simultaneously. An advanced temperature adjustment system allows each string to supply a perfect product viscosity matching each filling line’s requirements.
