End of line solutions
Packaging Machines
Trepko offers a complete end-of-line portfolio that takes the primary-packed product from the filler to a labelled pallet ready for distribution. The 700 series covers collation and secondary packaging, product stabilisation and handling, and palletising, so a full secondary and tertiary line can be supplied from a single source and integrated with Trepko’s upstream filling, forming, and processing systems.
The 710 series wrap-around case packer builds rigid corrugated cases from flat blanks for high-strength shipping outers, while the 780 series box cartoning machine erects, fills, and closes display cartons for individual retail units. The 770 series wrap-around sleeving machine produces lightweight cardboard sleeves around grouped products, a material-efficient option for promotional multipacks. The 720 series tray erector forms shallow shelf-ready trays from pre-cut blanks, feeding downstream stabilisation or wrapping stations.
The 730 series shrink wrapper stabilises grouped products under heat-shrinkable film, with or without a tray underneath, for both transport and retail display. The 750 series conveyor systems link each station to suit the throughput, product, and floor layout of the installation. The 760 series pick-and-place stations transfer primary packs into trays, cases, or cartons using servo-driven motion and configurable pick patterns for gentle, accurate handling.
The 740 series covers both sweep palletisers and gantry robot palletisers, letting customers match throughput, pattern complexity, and floor space. Sweep palletisers deliver high-speed, low-footprint stacking for consistent case sizes, while gantry robot palletisers handle mixed-pattern and mixed-format pallets with greater flexibility. Both can be specified with pallet feed, slip-sheet handling, stretch wrapping, and pallet labelling.
Because the entire 700 series is designed, manufactured, and serviced in-house alongside Trepko’s filling and processing equipment, customers have a single point of contact for specification, commissioning, and after-sales support. Line integration is simpler, on-site spare parts are fewer, and operators get a consistent control and HMI experience from filler to pallet.
