The Trepko 20 Series is a range of semi-automatic filling and closing machines for pre-formed containers. The automatic features of these machines are: lid placement, heat-sealing or closing by plastic snap-on lid and are pneumatically driven. The heat-sealing station allows for a quick changeover.

Different machine sizes are available for various container sizes and the machine can be delivered with change parts for alternative sizes of container.

The manual operations include placement of containers in the table’s pocket, turntable movement and collection of sealed containers. Upon customer request, the machine can be equipped with an automatic product doser and the output can reach between 10-15 cycles/min, subject to the operator’s skills.

A special version of the 20 Series is designed for closing cardboard sandwich skillets.
