Trepko processing technology covers the production stage before forming, wrapping, filling, and sealing, taking butter and margarine from raw cream, oil, and fat intake through to a homogeneous, packing-ready product. The 8000 series spans three core processes: the 8100 continuous butter maker, the 8200 butter rework line, and the 8300 margarine processing line.
Each is available as an individual machine or as a fully integrated, in-house engineered line. Every series is built from stainless steel with automatic CIP for hygienic, bacteriological safety, giving producers a single source of responsibility for the complete butter and margarine production process.
