The Trepko 8300 Series is our full range of machines for margarine processing — turnkey lines that take fats and oils through to finished product, engineered in-house and built around your recipe. Each line is tailored to capacity, product, and hygiene requirements, with throughput up to 10,000 kg/h.
The 8300 Series covers every stage of production as one synchronized line:
Emulsifying and pasteurizing
Oil and water phases are prepared, emulsified, and pasteurized, yielding a consistent, repeatable fat blend. The emulsion is then fed to the crystallizer.
Cooling and crystallizing
Trepko’s Margarine Crystallizer, a scraped-surface heat exchanger, caters for capacities of 100–10,000 kg/h, with broad coolant flexibility and full CIP.
Pin working and resting
Precisely engineered pin worker and resting tube ensures consistent texture and matures the product before filling. Off-spec product is re-melted and returned to the process, so nothing is wasted.
By bringing the Egli AG Process Technology product line in-house, Trepko combines trusted expertise in margarine and spread processing with its own automation and packaging capabilities — ensuring precise control, efficient throughput, and long-term reliability across the entire line.
A single line handles table margarine, puff-pastry margarine, shortening, ghee, spreadable and recombined butter, and low-fat spreads. Every stage is CIP-cleanable and built to integrate with Trepko filling and packaging — for tubs, mini-portions, wrapped bricks, and bulk. From technological design through commissioning and service, the 8300 Series is delivered and supported directly by Trepko.
