Vacuum heat sealing

On the heat sealing station the cup is closed into a vacuum chamber consisting of two parts placed under and above the cassette. Inside the chamber first an 80% vacuum is created and then 30% of the inert gas is injected. This way the air remaining in the cup is replaced with inert gas and the container is sealed before the chamber opens again. The average line speed will be 10-12 strokes/min.
