Trepko

The Interpack, International Trade Fair for Packaging Machinery takes place every 3 years in Dusseldorf, Germany, this is the most important and largest exhibiton for the packaging industry.

The exhibition began at 1200 hrs on the 12th May, 2011 and Trepko as the worlds leader amongst manufacturers of filling and packaging machines exhibited a range of their machinery.

Trepko had a large number of guests visit the stand throughout the exhibition and had the following lines on display on the stand which covered 249 square metres:

• A 6-lane rotary machine complete with tray erector and grouping unit (Pick and Place).

• An end of line solution consisting of a Wrap Around Packer and Gantry Robot Palletiser.

A selection of fully automatic Packaging Machines.

• A PMG-4 Brick Forming and Wrapping Machine with a semi-automatic Wrap Around Packer.

 

• A 211KS Rotary Machine. This machine is a compact, cost effective machine equipped with a dosing system for filling vertical, horizontal and swirl layered desserts.

Trepko were also able to demonstrate a recent solution for customers who need to pack products into two different sizes of container, a 4-lane automatic rotary machine with the ability to change over to a 2-lane machine. The simple and easy change over equipment required was also exhibited on a purpose built change part trolley.

During the exhibition, Trepko had over 500 visitors form a variety of companies. These visitors were mainly from the dairy, confectionery and chemical industries. Trepko made many new contacts as well as having the opportunity to strengthen their relationship with existing clients.

The industry demands machinery which is fully automated with a high level of safety and performance. Trepko supply a complete range of machinery including filling and packaging machines, tray erectors, pick and place and two types of palletiser which meet these demands making Trepko one of the worlds leading suppliers.
