Trepko

The Trepko conference which took place between the 17th -21st May, 2010 was the second such event organised in the companies’ history and has been acknowledged as a great success.

The conference which was visited by 200 customers from all over the world gave the attendees a perfect opportunity to meet and talk with representatives from the Trepko Group and co-organising companies, other TREPKO customers of all nationalities. The participant were given a possibility to visit a modern production plant if they wished to do so. An additional benefit was the ability to observe a variety of Trepko production machines including:

• 246KS Machine (6-lane rotary) with a Zentis fruit dosing system, tray erector, pick and place and sweep palletiser.

• PMG4 twin-cell Brick Forming and Wrapping Machine, wrap around cartoner and gantry robot palletising system.

• 211KS Rotary Filling and Closing Machine for yoghurts. Vertical layers were created using this machine which was equipped with a Zentis fruit dosing system.

• 221KSP Rotary Filling and Closing Machine for buckets with handles.

• 412S Machine for denesting and sealing cardboard sandwich skillets.

Visitors were also able to learn more about partner companies including Zentis, Tewes-Bis, Egli and Danapak Flexibles.
