The main working movements of TREPKO machines are mechanically driven, so they are reliable and smooth. The operations of different stations are thereby well synchronised with each other and with the conveyor’s or turn-table movement. This solution ensures exact centering of the cup under each working station.
The concentrate and rennet dosing station is servo-driven with dosing profile adjustment. The system allows optimizing the filling process (for every 10° of the cycle) according to the volume and viscosity of the product. The portion volume is adjusted separately for each cylinder, because the product meets different resistance in each piping.
