Foil from reel

An alternative to pre-cut lids is foil from reel which is simultaneously heat sealed and cut directly to the rim of the cup. The application system is equipped with two 3” top webs for unwinding the foil and winding the waste foil. The system includes a brake motor and foil accumulator. Each individual sealing head has a flexible knife, cutting the foil simultaneously while sealing. The system can handle both aluminium and polyester foil.
