Fixed cups’ position

Position of the stack of cups in the machine is stable due to the magazine’s design. Cups are released one-by-one by a set of jaws. They are taken down to the cassettes by a mechanical arm, and firmly positioned. This solution guarantee a proper position and centering of the cups in the following phases of the process.
Leaving the first module, the cups are released from the cassettes and pushed over to the coagulation tunnel.
The transportation of cups between the tunnel and the final module is performed by two conveyors. The first one – of intermittent motion – is stopped while the cups are being pushed over, until all the packagings have the right position. The second conveyor delivers the cups to the salting & closing module, and moves continuously.
