Cups are taken down to cassettes and sterilized with UVC radiation. After sterilization cups are sprayed with anti-stick agent and filled with concentrate and rennet. The dosing procedure is finished with anti-foam spray. Cups with product are pushed-over to a coagulation tunnel.
