All the modules of the line are protected with sterile air cabins. HEPA filters guarantee that the air in the product zone is free from microorganisms, while the ventilator and the cabin construction ensure the right flow speed (0,4 m/s) and direction. A key advantage of the cabin is the design which allows re-filling of cups, foils and lids without opening the door. This way, the product zone is protected all the time.
The line is also equipped with a UVC radiation. The lamps are placed on the way from the cup dispenser to the dosing station to ensure a longer exposure time. The distance between the lamps and the cups is very short. Longer time and short distance provide high sterilization effectiveness.
