Date marking

Depending on the customers’ requirements Trepko offers a number of marking options: starting from the date stamping, through the Ink-Jet printers up to date embossing in the cup bottom. In the simple version, date markers stamp the date by ink on top of the foils or lids. Alternatively the cups can be marked on side or bottom with an Ink-Jet printer installed on the collecting conveyor. An Ink-Jet printer can be also installed inside the machine and print on foils or lids. Such a marking system includes a printer and a transfer sledge driven by a motor. For aluminium cups, it is advisable to emboss the date on the bottom of the container.
