DFG 1 – flexographic coding unit
The DFG 1 coder marks the packaging by means of pressing hot fonts through a tape to the foil, before the package is pre-formed. The date can be marked with 2 or 3 lines. The unit is driven pneumatically.
INK JET
Touchless printer using an ink-jet technology allows marking the foil in any place, prior to package pre-forming. The printer is integrated with the machine’s PLC providing a perfect and reproducible coding, independently from the machine’s speed. External product sensors or converter are not needed.
