Compensator

Compensators are used to provide a direct connection between the packaging machine and the production line in order to ensure proper filling and handle constant product flow. This device is indispensable when filling margarine or butter-based products as well as – very often – cream or processed cheese. In case of margarine can operate with a 3-5% overflow without returning the product for re-working. For butter-based product and cheese, the compensator gives a signal to the product pump when more product is needed. Compensators are supplied in CIP-version.
