Automatic weight adjustment

Using the weighing cells together with the servo drive of the dosing system allows automatic adjustment of the product weight. The weighing cell in each lane performs the weighing of 5 subsequent cups. The computer calculates the average weight and the deviation from the set tolerances. A feedback between the weighing computer and the machine’s PLC allows the servomotors to correct the filled volume if necessary.
